Possible cause would be 3rd Party Application adding or removing values from the
System Path Variables.
Resolution:
Locate the system Variable Path in the Advanced Properties of My computer
- System Variable Path will look like something like this
"%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem"
- Change the path to look like this
"C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS\system32\Wbem"
- Open Add/Remove Programs and Add/Remove Windows Components.
